House Dom(me) Call

TL;DR

We are looking for a House Dom(me): a recurring collaborator, not a one-off booking. You would work with us regularly across the year, on shoots that mostly run on the East Coast, with occasional travel to the West Coast and to Europe.

The work is topping other women on camera, convincingly, in enema and related fetish scenes. If you can hold a scene, direct a submissive with authority, and stay warm and safe with a performer between takes, we want to hear from you.

We are casting one paid role: the House Dom(me) herself. It pays $1000 a day plus expenses and carries a named, credited persona, or a profit share in place of the day rate. It is cast to the same brief as the rest of our slate, set out under Who we're casting right now.

This is the only role we are casting. We don't run an unpaid or trial track alongside it.

Who we're casting right now

A couple of practical filters before you spend time on this:

  • This round is casting performers aged 20 and over. You’ll give your date of birth as part of the application.
  • This production cycle is casting cisgender AFAB (Assigned Female At Birth) performers only. The shoots involve full nudity and explicit focus on genitals, so “AFAB” here specifically means natal female anatomy. This isn’t a statement about who counts as a woman; it’s a description of what shows up on camera. Trans women are doing extraordinary work in this industry. This isn’t that production.
  • Within that, we’re casting specifically femme-presenting. A useful test: if a stranger glanced at a candid photo of you and wouldn’t immediately read “woman” before any other detail, this casting isn’t the right fit. (We’ve had thoughtful applicants whose everyday gender expression isn’t femme write asking if they could switch up for a single shoot. We appreciate the interest, but the camera reads what’s habitual, and trying to override that for a day generally doesn’t land.)
  • We work within a narrow visual range, and on camera that tends to mean a build proportionate to height. If yours is significantly outside that, the application probably won’t move forward, and it’s better to know now.

Body diversity and gender diversity matter; they’re just not the casting brief for what we’re shooting now.

What we are asking for

A House Dom(me) is a fixture, not a guest. Over a year that means:

  • Recurring shoot days rather than a single booking.
  • Working with performers who are often new to camera, and often new to this kind of scene. You set the pace and you keep them safe.
  • Scenes built around enemas, water, restraint, and control. What we shoot is documented in detail on the Model Call and in the previews on this site. Read them before you apply. If any of it is a hard no for you, this is not the role.
  • Consistency on camera. The point of a house player is that viewers come to know you.

Requirements

All of these are hard requirements:

  • You are willing to audition. Nobody is cast into this role off photos alone.
  • You are willing to travel for shoots. Most shooting is East Coast, some is not.
  • You have permission to live and work in the US. We cannot engage you otherwise.
  • You are East Coast adjacent. Based on, or within reasonable travelling distance of, the US East Coast.
  • You can travel to the West Coast and the EU from time to time. Occasional, and planned well ahead.
  • You can top other women convincingly on camera. Real presence and real control, sustained through a scene, under lights, with a crew in the room and a camera moving around you.
  • You are face-out and named. The role is a credited persona, and that credit is a real part of what you are paid in. Anonymous or hooded work is not this job.
What and how we pay

This is not the model rate, and it is not meant to be. The model on the table is doing the hard work and is paid accordingly. The Dom(me) is running the scene, in a named role, with her face and her name on it.

Half-Day

$500

~4 hours

Short Shoot

$250

Up to 2 hours

Everyone starts at the same number. It is agreed before the booking, never on the day.

Payment is handed over (or initiated, for bank and app transfers) at the start of the exit interview, before any feedback is given. This way you can say whatever you want about the shoot without worrying it affects your pay.

Expenses and accommodation

On top of the rate we cover reasonable expenses: travel to and from the shoot, and the costs of being there. Caps are agreed before booking so everyone knows the limit up front. Expenses are honoured in full regardless of how the day ends, since they do not pro-rate.

Accommodation depends on the shoot. Where we have already taken a house or an apartment for it, you stay there at no cost to you. Where we have not, accommodation is your own arrangement. We tell you which it is when we book you, not when you arrive.

If you receive on camera

Receiving is never a condition of this role. If you want it, a shoot day where you receive is paid on the Model Call card for that day rather than the Dom(me) card. The two do not stack. The day is one or the other, and it is settled before the booking.

This role tops. If what you want is to be on the receiving end of one of our scenes, applying for it is not the way in.

Or a share instead

If you would rather bet on the work than take the day rate, we will talk about a profit share in its place. That suits someone whose own name pulls an audience, because a share pays on what the scenes do rather than on how long the day ran. It cuts both ways: it can be worth considerably more than the day rate, and it can be worth less.

We are not going to put those terms on a public page, or negotiate them in an opening email. There is an NDA to sign first. Once it is signed we go through the actual numbers with you: what the share is calculated on, when it pays out, and what you get to see of the sales. Ask when you apply and we will send it over.

It is one or the other for a given booking, not both.

Where this is heading

We are working towards running the studio on a fully professional footing, with a regular production schedule rather than shoots booked one at a time. As part of that, we expect to be able to offer this role on a contract salary in the near future, in place of booking it day by day.

That is a plan, not an offer, and we are not going to put a figure or a date on it here. When it is ready, the people already working in the role will hear about it first.

The credit

This is a named, recurring role, not anonymous crew work:

  • You appear under your own domme name, and it stays on the scene.
  • Your links go out with it, on the site and in the promotion around each release.
  • You can use stills and clips from your scenes for your own promotion.

If you are building a name, that reach is the part of this worth having. If you are not, the day rate stands up on its own, but you would be leaving the most valuable part of the role on the table.

Vetting and auditions

Everyone goes through the same base: application, limits recorded before the shoot, ID verification, 2257 paperwork and a model release, and an exit interview at the end of every shoot day.

On top of that, this role is vetted considerably harder than a booking, and we are not apologetic about it. You are asking to be trusted with women who will be restrained, penetrated, and vulnerable in front of a crew:

  • References from performers you have topped, contactable, and we call them. We ask about limits, about aftercare, and about what you were like when a scene went wrong.
  • More than one audition, and time on set before you run a scene on camera. Expect to assist and observe first.
  • We ask around. Any credible account of you pushing past a stated limit ends it, at any stage, including after you have been cast.
  • Most applicants will not be cast. That is the expected outcome, not a failure of the process.

What an audition is

An audition is a working session, not an interview. Expect to direct a scene end to end with a performer, on camera, with the crew present. We are watching for whether the authority holds when the scene gets long, whether you can adjust when something is not working, and how you are with your partner in the gaps.

Auditions are paid at the shoot-day rate.

How we shoot

This is not a scat site. We do NOT show excrement.

Everything on the Model Call about consent, safewords, health, limits, exit interviews and how a shooting day actually runs applies here too. Read it before you apply. It is the fullest description of the work we publish, and the model you top will have read the same page.

Safewords, limits recorded before the shoot and honoured on it, an exit interview at the end of every day, and pay that never depends on how the day went. As the top in the room, you are part of that system rather than an exception to it. If a performer uses a safeword, the scene stops, and you stop with it.

How to apply

If you match who we're casting right now, use the same application everyone else does, and tell us in it that you are applying as a Dom or Domme. Include anything that shows the work: clips, stills, references, whatever you have.
