April and I were experimenting with how to shoot a suspended enema sequence and, despite some rough edges, it came out well. April is suspended and made to take a two litre salt and soda enema with the glass syringe. About midway through, I decided she was able to move around too much, and so I tie her right leg out of the way. This sets off a real struggle in her to cope with the new tie, hold her enema water and still take a full two litres.
